As your fulfillment partner, we can take over your entire process from stock receipt to order fulfillment:

Order reception
Every day suppliers deliver products to one of our warehouses. The deliveries are checked and any deviations and/or damages are reported to you. All products are provided with a unique PIN with barcode, so that they can be followed through the entire fulfillment process.

Inventory management
All incoming and outgoing operations are registered by RF barcode scanners. Changes in stock are recorded directly in the WMS and communicated with your systems via EDI / API connections. This way you know exactly how much stock of a product is available.

Order picking
After receipt of the order and data from your system, it is immediately processed into a fulfillment order. Our robotic multi-order picking system transfers the order to the order picker, so that it can be processed

Packaging
The products are packed according to your wishes. Any marketing materials such as flyers and magazines can be included in the packaging.

Shipment
We can ship via various parcel services. Via the Track & Trace options offered, your customer can track the status of the delivery.

Returns
Together we will discuss the process of if and how returns will be accepted. If accepted, the returns will be checked, repaired if necessary, and transferred back to stock.
