THE ROLE
Because laws and regulations are constantly changing and the requirements for permits and certifications are becoming increasingly strict, we are looking for a junior administrative professional to strengthen our compliance team.

In this role, you will support the administrative processing of the quality management system. You will help document, monitor, and improve our processes. You will work closely with the compliance team and will be given the space to further develop yourself in compliance and quality management within the logistics sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative processing of requirements from permits and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, GMP+);
  • Supporting inspections and audits;
  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to our logistics activities;
  • Processing the internal quality management system, which includes:
    • Processing results from internal training sessions;
    • Processing non-conformities (NCRs);
    • Processing procedures and work instructions;
    • Processing and following up on action items from internal audits;
  • Registration of compliance checks.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum MBO level (vocational education);
  • You are a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of work experience in an administrative role;
  • Affinity with compliance and/or logistics;
  • A sharp eye for detail and a structured way of working;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience with quality standards or permits is an advantage (such as ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, and/or GMP+).
