Terms and Conditions: Sparta Family Day Contest

The contest is organized by Van der Helm Logistics during the Sparta Family Day on August 1, 2026.

Participation is free and possible until August 1, 2026, at 8:00 PM. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.

Participants must provide their estimate, name, email address, phone number, and shirt size fully and correctly.

The three winners will be drawn impartially from the correct entries. If there are fewer than three correct answers, the remaining winners will be drawn from the closest estimates. The order of the draw determines which prize is won:

• 1st prize: a signed Sparta Rotterdam home shirt;
• 2nd prize: an official Sparta Rotterdam away shirt;
• 3rd prize: an official third shirt from Sparta Rotterdam.

The prizes are provided by Sparta Rotterdam.

Winners will receive a personal message via email or telephone no later than Wednesday, August 5. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Van der Helm Logistics may appoint a new winner using the same selection method.

The specified shirt size will be honored where possible. The availability of a specific size cannot be guaranteed.

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Participants under the age of 18 may only participate with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Employees of Van der Helm Logistics and Sparta Rotterdam who are directly involved in this promotion are excluded from participation.

Personal data will be used exclusively for the execution of the contest and for contacting the winners. The data will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent and will be deleted thereafter in accordance with the privacy policy of Van der Helm Logistics.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results. In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, Van der Helm Logistics will decide in a reasonable and impartial manner.
