As an Administrative Employee, you will be the face of our company for our drivers and visitors. With your friendly reception, you ensure they quickly receive the right documents and are guided through loading and unloading. You check transport documents and carefully process all data in our system. Thanks to your efforts, everything runs smoothly!
What Will You Do?
- Registration and processing of incoming shipments in our TMS/WMS system;
- Handling transport orders and administrative tasks;
- Checking transport documents and ensuring correct processing;
- Being the first point of contact for drivers and visitors at our Moerdijk location.

What Do You Bring?
- MBO (vocational) level of work and thinking;
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- Good command of Microsoft Office 365;
- Not a 9-to-5 mentality;
- Good communication skills;
- Must have a valid B driving license.
