You know their logistics processes, understand what is going on, and ensure that agreements are met. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You work closely with the warehouse, carriers, and other parties within the logistics chain. You are given a lot of freedom and responsibility to organize your work independently. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your duties include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining contact with clients at home and abroad;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating incoming and outgoing orders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating with the warehouse regarding orders, planning, and inventory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing and overseeing national and international shipments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing orders, shipments, and inventory data in the WMS;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating and managing files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing documentation for internal and external logistics processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing client and internal reports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoicing completed orders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying discrepancies and proactively seeking solutions.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In short: you ensure that your clients can count on Van der Helm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are we looking for?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and can easily switch gears between different tasks and contacts. You work accurately, maintain an overview, and enjoy solving problems before they become issues for the client. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have an MBO level of professional and intellectual ability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are proficient with Microsoft Office 365;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with a WMS is preferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are independent, accurate, and proactive;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have good communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are flexible when the work or client requires it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a valid driver&#8217;s license (Category B).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working in a fulfillment team<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will join a Fulfillment team of approximately 11 colleagues, divided between Den Hoorn and Moerdijk.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you start, you will be trained on the job by an experienced colleague. You will participate in daily activities and learn about our clients, systems, and logistics processes step by step.
