We have an open, down-to-earth working atmosphere where collaboration, craftsmanship, and fun are central.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Because laws and regulations are constantly changing and the requirements for permits and certifications are becoming increasingly strict, we are looking for a junior administrative assistant to strengthen our compliance team.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Will You Do?<\/h2>\n\n<p>In this role, you will support the administrative processing of the quality management system. You will help document, monitor, and improve our processes. You will work closely with the compliance team and will be given the space to further develop yourself in compliance and quality management within the logistics sector.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative processing of requirements from permits and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&amp;D, GMP+);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting inspections and audits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to our logistics activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing the internal quality management system, which includes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing results from internal training sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing non-conformities (NCRs);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing procedures and work instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing and following up on action items from internal audits;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration of compliance checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum MBO level (vocational education);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a recent graduate or have 1\u20132 years of work experience in an administrative role;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity with compliance and\/or logistics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sharp eye for detail and a structured way of working;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with quality standards or permits is an advantage (such as ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&amp;D, and\/or GMP+).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A gross monthly salary of up to \u20ac3,100 based on full-time employment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A varied and educational role within a growing family business;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8.33% holiday allowance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pension plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel allowance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 vacation days based on full-time employment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for training and professional development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fun work drinks and annual company outings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interested?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Are you enthusiastic about this position or would you like to receive more information?
