This includes void fill materials such as air cushions, bubble wrap, foam, paper shreds, polystyrene, and wood wool. <\/p><p data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"974\"><strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"734\">Who does the rule apply to?<\/strong><br data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"737\">The requirement applies to all companies that fill secondary, transport, or e-commerce packaging.
