This means extra capacity, higher efficiency, and further optimization of your B2B and B2C supply chain. <\/p>\n\n<p>Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrated logistics and sustainability<\/h2>\n\n<p>The distribution center combines logistical performance with ecological and energy ambitions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facades with climbing plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green roofs with water storage capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landscaping focused on rainwater collection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full roof with solar panels and battery storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of bio-based building materials such as CLT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The building is part of the Energy Hub at Schiphol Trade Park and is designed to generate more energy than it consumes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration<\/h2>\n\n<p>The construction is being carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adst.nl\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.adst.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aan de Stegge Twello<\/a>, commissioned by developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.am.nl\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.am.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AM<\/a>.
