As a Logistics Account Coordinator Fulfillment at Van der Helm Logistics, you are the link between the client, warehouse, and transport. We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Logistics Account Coordinator for our Fulfillment team. You will be responsible for one or more clients within the Electronics/IT sector, ensuring their logistics processes run smoothly from start to finish. You will have daily contact with clients, colleagues in the warehouse, and various logistics partners. From incoming orders and inventory management to international shipments: you maintain the overview and ensure everything comes together at the right time. Location: Den Hoorn for the coming months, Moerdijk after our relocationWorking hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: from €2,700 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience About Van der Helm Van der Helm Logistics is a Dutch family business that has been active since 1936. What Will You Do? As a Logistics Account Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for your client(s). You know their logistics processes, understand what is going on, and ensure that agreements are met. You work closely with the warehouse, carriers, and other parties within the logistics chain. You are given a lot of freedom and responsibility to organize your work independently. Your duties include: In short: you ensure that your clients can count on Van der Helm. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and can easily switch gears between different tasks and contacts. You work accurately, maintain an overview, and enjoy solving problems before they become issues for the client. In addition: Working in a fulfillment team You will join a Fulfillment team of approximately 11 colleagues, divided between Den Hoorn and Moerdijk. When you start, you will be trained on the job by an experienced colleague. You will participate in daily activities and learn about our clients, systems, and logistics processes step by step. This way, you will gain more responsibility and eventually be able to serve your own clients independently. What do we offer? For this position, we generally work on-site.
