In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating import shipments and handling administrative tasks. Your duties include:

  • Coordinate incoming shipments.
  • Processing import documents.
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers.
  • Keeping up to date with import laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of import procedures and documentation.
  • Customer-oriented and precise working method.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Experience with logistics software is a plus.
