What will you be doing?

As a planner, you are responsible for the daily scheduling and management of our own drivers. You ensure that all routes are planned efficiently and that our customers can rely on dependable and timely delivery.

The world of transport never stands still, which is why this isn’t a standard 9-to-5 job. You understand the dynamics of logistics and know how to handle them flexibly. You act quickly, maintain control, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

In this role, you will have frequent contact with drivers, colleagues, and customers. You are proactive in finding solutions and anticipating changes.

• Responding quickly to changes or operational challenges.
• Planning and optimizing routes for our own fleet
• Order intake and processing of transport assignments
• Daily contact with drivers
• Coordination with customers and internal departments
• Monitoring the progress, quality, and costs of shipments

• MBO-level professional and intellectual ability
• Experience in a similar role
• A strong sense of responsibility
• The ability to act quickly and maintain a clear overview
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• You are stress-resistant and decisive
• You are flexible with working hours
