What will you be doing?
In this exciting role, you will collect, process, and verify relevant information from and for various parties within the logistics process, with a focus on our Import shipments.
You will be responsible for coordination within the logistics process, monitoring the progress and completeness of orders.
To do this, you will create a forwarding file including the relevant costs, reservations, and revenues, and provide instructions for correct financial and administrative handling. You will also maintain contact with all parties regarding the operational process and report to the Import Team Leader.
We believe it is important for you to have a proactive attitude in this role and to contribute your ideas to other logistical challenges. You will propose improvements and actively contribute to the efficiency and digitalization of processes within your field.
What do we ask?
- MBO level of professional and intellectual ability;
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- Good command of WMS and Microsoft Office 365;
- Customer-oriented attitude;
- A flexible, non-9-to-5 mentality.
