What Will You Do?

As a logistics planner, you are the link between our customers and the warehouse. You ensure that the forecast is accurate so that the right capacity is deployed and the operation continues to run smoothly.

You prepare daily and weekly forecasts, analyze them, and make adjustments where necessary. You coordinate volumes, deviations, and specifics with customers and translate these into concrete capacity requirements for the warehouse.

In addition, you identify deviations and discuss them proactively with both customers and internal teams. You monitor operational performance and adjust where needed. You also report on trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement to ensure continuous process optimization.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in planning, supply chain, or logistics coordination
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between the customer and operations
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Proactive attitude: you identify deviations before they become problems
• Experience with Excel and/or planning systems
