Finance Administrative Assistant

This rapidly growing division, with an experienced team of professionals, provides worldwide freight forwarding services to customers, primarily within the Fashion & Lifestyle and Electronics industries. What Will You Do? In this role, you are responsible for the financial administration within our freight forwarding activities. You check purchase invoices from national and international suppliers and ensure the correct preparation of sales invoices for our clients. In addition, you have direct contact with Key Accounts and work closely with the Key Account team. You ensure that the financial processing of files runs smoothly and correctly.
