Function

In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers and provide excellent service. Your duties include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing orders and following up on deliveries.
  • Coordinating customer requests and complaints.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
