Function

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving visitors and handling various administrative tasks. Your duties include:

  • Receive and speak to visitors.
  • Answering telephone inquiries and emails.
  • Processing mail and packages.
  • Support various departments with administrative work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Experience with MS Office.
