Function

In this role, you will be responsible for the functional management of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your duties include:

  • Manage and optimize WMS processes.
  • Resolve user questions and system issues.
  • Integrate WMS with other business systems.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external customers.
  • Manage ancillary applications, such as air and sea freight tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years application management experience, preferably WMS.
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude and solution-oriented.
  • Experience with Gateway/WMS and integration systems such as Frends is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Driving license and good command of Dutch and English.
